1. Suggested hotels will be updated on the website as soon as possible. Book your hotel as early as possible to ensure you have the lowest rates and that 2 queen rooms are available as they will sell out quickly.

2. You are not required to stay at the team hotel. However, the boys do enjoy hanging out together! So it’s great if you can stay as close to the “team hotel” as possible!
   

3. The team hotel selected based on price and amenities such as: outside pool, free hot breakfast, 2 queen bed rooms, cancellation policy, and distance to all the fields we could be assigned.

1. Field locations are announced 2 - 4 days before the tournament start date.

2. Tre will update Game Changer with field locations as soon as they are announced.

3. The team hotel is as centrally located to all the possible fields so that we have a short drive for early arrival times and possible game delays.

“Tre Time” runs about 10 minutes earlier than the standard clock.

Player Responsibility:

Players are responsible for bringing all uniforms and baseball gear to every game.

Footwear for Pitchers:

Pitchers must always bring both turf shoes and spikes to be prepared for different field conditions.

Parental Coaching:

Parents are not allowed to coach their players in the dugout or on the field during the game.

Coaching responsibilities are designated to the coaching staff.

Complaint Resolution:

If parents have a complaint, adhere to the 24-hour rule: wait 24 hours before contacting a coach to allow time for emotions to settle.

Constructive feedback is encouraged and should be communicated in a respectful manner.

Punctuality:

Players are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the stated arrival time for each game.

Punctuality is crucial to ensure efficient warm-ups and team preparation.

Attendance:

Being late is not acceptable. Prompt and consistent attendance is vital for team unity and preparation.

Respectful Behavior:

Players, parents, and coaches should exhibit sportsmanship and respect towards opponents, officials, and each other at all times.

1. Check the cancellation policy: be sure you can cancel without penalty.

3. If you know someone who works for a hotel ask them if there is a friends and family program that you can be added to. When applicable, this discount can drastically reduce the room rate when booked in advance.
